Important notice: Danalock Classic will reach end of life
Danalock Classic will reach end of life mid-2026 and it will no longer receive updates after November 1st, 2025.
To ensure continued compatibility, security, and access to new features, we encourage all users to switch to our latest app — Danalock.
Note! Danalock V1 and V2 devices are not compatible with the Danalock app.
Download the Danalock Classic app if you own a Danalock or if you have received an invitation to use a Danalock.

New features
- Battery level have been updated to show High, Medium and Low levels. A warning message will be sent when battery level reaches certain critical points.
Improvements
- Users are guided on what it means to upgrade a HomeKit lock from version 1.* to version 2.*
- Notification permissions are now not asked for until actually needed.
- Users are now better guided if they try to activate Auto-Unlock but location permission has not been accepted.
Bug fixes
- Users are now logged out and sent to the sign in page if their access token expires
- Dual mode locks now works as they should
- The app now handles scandinavian letters correctly when pairing a bridge to a wifi network
- Fixed device settings not always resetting properly when switching between locks.
- A bug have been fixed where the app could crash when setting auto lock timeout
- Fixed an issue causing the app to request location permission before actually needing it.

- It is now possible to toggle if a Zigbee 3.0 lock should join or leave a network.

- Timeout when connecting to the Danalock servers has been increased.
- The log tab on the front page has been renamed to History.
- Locks shown in the keychain are now sorted by signal strength with locks in range first
Bugs
- A bug have been fixed where homekit locks would sometimes show a battery level of 0% eventhough the level was higher than that
- We found a bug that happened when setting timezones for a lock, this is now fixed whichmakes temporary pincodes work on Danapads again
- Fixed a bug where locks would sometimes appear out of range, when they in fact are in range.
