What’s New Version 4.0
You can now add your agent’s contact information to your phone’s contacts.
Mississippi users can now easily access their membership benefits and information provided by the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation from their membership dashboard, including Benefits, News, Contact County Office, Participate, Ag in the Classroom and Give.
In addition, we made a few bug fixes and improved the DriveDown feature.
Description
MOBILE agent is FREE to download and available for member and policyholders in Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina. Please note that if your state is not listed, it is because it is not part of Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company. Please contact your agent for instructions on how to access your insurance company’s app.
MOBILE agent offers 24/7 access to membership, policy, agent, roadside assistance, and DriveDown deductible rewards information. Once you login, you are only a few taps from accessing your insurance ID card, paying your bill, getting directions to your agent’s office, reporting a claim, checking your DriveDown deductible reward status, and so much more.
AVAILABLE FEATURES VARY BY STATE. Key features include: My Policies, Report a Claim, DriveDown enrollment and management, ID Card, Pay Bill, My Agent, Membership, Send Help.
