The new mobile application of Info-Excavation allows quick access to different resources of the damage prevention center and allows users to submit their locate requests from anywhere, by using either their mobile phone or their tablet.

The following functionalities are now available:
- A pencil icon is now available. This new icon replaces the former pushpin icon.
- The map zoom level can now be limited to 400 meters.
- When saving a dig site sketch, the map is now automatically re-centered, showing the current dig location.
- The map can now be locked once users have started drawing their dig site.
- The map is now displayed as users create a new ticket, and a Google search bar is now available at the top of the page.

The mobile application now allows the creation of emergency tickets if the selected type of work is one of the following: Bris d’eau/aqueduc, Bris d’égout, Poteau brisé or Fuite de gaz.
In such a case, along with the existing Date début travaux, a new Heure début travaux field is displayed, which allows users to specify the work time. The time is decisive in determining the Emergency level for the ticket (which is automatically selected by the system).
