Epoc models excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC)—the afterburn from hard training—and releases those calories gradually over hours. Your daily budget rises smoothly as you recover, not all at once. Active burn is credited immediately; afterburn unlocks over time.
One ring tells you exactly where you stand: eaten vs. your dynamic target, including what you’ve earned from training today.

LOG TRAINING WITH EFFORT
Log workouts with duration and RPE (rate of perceived exertion)—or track sets, reps, and load from the exercise catalog. Epoc estimates active burn and afterburn from your session intensity, not generic guesses.
Optional Apple Health integration adds ambient activity from steps and unlogged movement to your daily target.
