Description
Geminate is a keyboard that translates what you type into another language, right where you write — no copy-paste, no switching between apps.
Type in your language, tap the translate key, and your text turns into a natural, idiomatic translation that keeps your tone and slang.
THREE ENGINES
• On-device (Apple Intelligence): the default when available. Works offline, free, and fully private — your text never leaves your device. Requires a device with Apple Intelligence.
• Your own key (cloud providers): optional, with your own API key — higher quality on rarer language pairs. Choose Google Gemini, Groq, Cerebras, OpenRouter, Z.AI, or Mistral, with automatic fallback if one hits its limit. Free.
• Geminate Pro (subscription): translate without your own key — no setup, it just works through our server. Monthly or yearly, cancel anytime.

PRIVACY
On-device translation stays on your device. With your own key, the text you translate is sent to that provider using your own key. With Geminate Pro, it passes through our proxy only to perform the translation — we don't store it. Full Access is requested only for cloud and subscription translation.
