Song Lyrics Translator

An app for enjoying the lyrics of your favorite songs in the language you prefer. It takes the lyrics of whatever is playing in Apple Music—or a song you pick from your library—translates them into your chosen language, and shows the original and translation line by line. Once you understand the words, familiar songs sound a little different. Which lyrics it works with: This app translates lyrics that are already set on a song (embedded in the song file) or lyrics you type in yourself. It does not search the internet for lyrics. For songs that have no lyrics, you can paste your own and translate them. Features: • Automatically detects the now-playing song and shows its lyrics and translation • Browse your library by song, album, or artist, with search • Choose from several target languages, including Japanese, English, Spanish, and French • Uses lyrics embedded in your songs; for songs without lyrics you can paste and edit them yourself • Lyrics you enter are saved per song and reused even when you switch languages Privacy: • No account, no ads, no usage tracking • Translation runs on your device by default (Apple's on-device translation). Your lyrics are not sent over the network • If you want more natural translations, you can enter your own DeepL API key in Settings to use DeepL (only then are lyrics sent to DeepL) The app only handles lyrics that are embedded in your songs or that you type yourself. It does not use any third-party lyrics service.
