All computations occur 100% on-device, offline, with no cloud servers and no third-party tracking. Track your Acute-to-Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) and discover if your status is Productive, Maintaining, Peaking, or Overreaching. • PROPRIETARY SLEEP SCORE Don't just look at sleep hours. Evaluate your rest quality through a combined score analyzing duration, efficiency, deep and REM sleep percentages, nightly fragmentation, and schedule consistency. INTEGRATED COACHING & ON-DEVICE AI Receive written feedback and clear explanations about your metrics generated in real time on your device. The app varies explanations based on your training state, computed entirely offline. 100% PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN Your health data is highly sensitive. SportVitals is designed to keep it safe: - No external servers: all calculations run locally. - No sign-up required: the app integrates instantly with Apple Health. - No third-party analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs. Note: SportVitals requires access to HealthKit (Apple Health) and wearing Apple Watch overnight to collect the heart rate, HRV, and sleep data needed to compute advanced metrics.
