What’s New Version 1.1

Minor improvements and bug fixes

Description

Ripped is a minimalist workout tracker built around one idea: log your lifting fast, then get out of the way. No clutter, no social feed, no account — just you, your sets, and your progress. WHY RIPPED • Minimalist by design — log weight and reps in the fewest taps, with automatic rest timers between sets and exercises. • Track your workout data without writing into your Apple Health database - Ripped is a perfect companion app for Insurance fitness reward plans such as AIA Vitality! • Build a template once (or start from 5 ready-made splits) and reuse it every session. • See progress with per-exercise charts and estimated 1RM. ON YOUR WRIST Start a workout on iPhone and your Apple Watch shows the current set, a rest countdown, and live heart rate. End a set, tweak weight and reps, and finish — all from your wrist, in sync with your phone. NO INTERRUPTION TO INSURANCE HEALTH PLANS Most trackers force their own workout into Apple Health. Ripped gives you a switch: "Defer to Apple Workout." Turn it on and Ripped only logs your sets, reps and volume — it never writes to Apple Health and never records heart rate or calories. You record the workout itself with the native Apple Watch Workout app, and Ripped becomes your data layer alongside it. No duplicate workouts. This works perfectly for users who have insurance incentive plans that require users to achieve certain activity goals weekly tracked by Apple's native Workout App. This is ideal if you take part in an insurer's fitness-reward program that only counts native workout data: keep earning your rewards with the native app, and use Ripped to log the details. Prefer all-in-one? Leave the switch off and Ripped writes a full workout to Apple Health — heart rate, calories and Activity-ring credit — by default. OWN YOUR DATA • Export every set to CSV for your own spreadsheets. • Generate an AI coach report — a ready-to-paste summary of your training and body data you can drop into any AI assistant for advice. • Back up and restore your entire library, templates and history as one file. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. No servers. Your training data stays on your device, and nothing leaves your phone unless you export it yourself. THE DETAILS • Light and dark themes. • Full English and 中文 interface. • Apple Watch companion included.
