Each line picks its own ink — placement, depletion, or sample — and the sample line shows its red-ink negative before you even save, so you always know what a drop costs you against the allowance. Carried Forward A double-rule footer re-inks as you post: month cases, projected commission at your own SPIFF rates (focus, standard, well), and the sample allowance draining in the margin. The month's standing is never a mystery you wait on until the check clears. Standings A month-end abstract page: your top accounts by case volume, how your sample drops are converting to placements, your best call-day pattern, and red-ink marginalia on the accounts going quiet — the Roosevelt Wines that hasn't ordered in 45 days and never got a follow-up.
