Description
ViTrace is a supplement and wellness tracker for people who want to actually understand their body, not just tick boxes.
It started with a simple question. My wife kept waking up with itchy eyes, and we couldn't figure out why. Was it something she ate, something she did, a supplement that wasn't agreeing with her? We tried jotting things down in a notes app, but the patterns never showed up. So I built ViTrace to do the work for us.
Features :
Scan any supplement bottle with your camera. The app reads the ingredients, dosage, and timing instructions automatically. No more squinting at tiny labels or typing them in by hand.
Log your daily intake with one tap. Track which supplements you actually take and which ones you skip. Build streaks that turn good intentions into real habits.
Keep a "What did I do" journal in your own words. Just type what you ate, what you did, and any symptoms you felt. The app sorts your entries into a clean daily diary so you can flip through your week at a glance.
Let the AI find your triggers. Once you have a few days of entries, ViTrace cross-references your foods, activities, and symptoms to surface the patterns you couldn't see on your own. It is not a doctor and it doesn't pretend to be one, but it can spot the things worth paying attention to.
Get a weekly summary every Sunday. See your consistency, your streaks, and which foods or habits the AI thinks are affecting how you feel.
A few things ViTrace doesn't do.
It doesn't sell your data. Your journal stays between you and the AI that analyses it.
It doesn't push diet advice or try to sell you supplements.
It doesn't lock the basics behind a paywall. Tracking supplements, daily logging, and the journal itself work on the free plan, forever.
Vitrace Plus adds the AI pattern analysis, deeper ingredient breakdowns, and weekly health reports. The journal alone is worth the download. The AI is what makes it pay off.
If you have ever wondered whether your supplements are actually doing anything, or whether that thing you ate last Tuesday is why you felt off on Wednesday, this is the app I wish existed two years ago.
Built with care for people who pay attention to their own body.
