Two new ways to train: Supersets and EMOM. Group any exercises into a Superset — the rest timer holds until you've finished the full circuit. Or set up an EMOM block and let Aethel pace your intervals automatically. Both modes are available as dedicated buttons below "Add Exercise" and can be enabled from your Profile settings. More exercises. The catalogue has grown to over 157 movements across gym, powerbuilding, and calisthenics — with accurate primary and secondary muscle mappings for every entry. Your workouts now live in Apple Health. Each completed session is saved automatically with active calories calculated from your real body weight, workout type, and effective duration. Your Apple Watch Movement ring gets the credit it deserves. HRV recovery. Aethel reads your Heart Rate Variability from Apple Health and turns it into a clear signal — Good, Moderate, or Stressed — so you know whether to push or hold back. Edit your workout history. Go back into any past session and adjust weights, reps, sets, or duration. Changes sync to Apple Health immediately, and your muscle fatigue map recalculates from scratch. Bug fixes: resolved multiple timer issues where reopening a workout could show stale elapsed time, the active session banner sometimes failed to appear, or re-entering a session wiped existing set data. Also corrected muscle recovery speeds — muscles were incorrectly showing as fully rested after as little as 10 hours.

This update is all about the Calisthenics Skill Tree — completely rebuilt from the ground up: - New lane-based layout: every skill branch now has its own clear path, so nodes and labels never overlap again - Full 2D scrolling — pan freely in every direction to explore the whole tree - Added a back button so you can always return to Progress with one tap Also in this release: - Fixed an issue where the Home screen could show "Rest day" even when a workout was already scheduled on your calendar - Cleaned up duplicate Calisthenics exercises (like Handstand vs. Freestanding Handstand) that pointed to the same movement — your progress now tracks correctly against the right skill Thanks for training with Aethel — keep pushing!

A sound now plays when it ends. - Fixed muscle recovery times not updating accurately over time. - Fixed several skills in the Calisthenics tree not registering as completed. - Improved chart colors in Progress so each muscle group is easy to tell apart. - Home screen now reflects calendar changes immediately. - Improved Excel import: better exercise name matching, clearer error messages, and the option to choose a folder for imported workouts. - The calendar's "add workout" picker now only shows workouts you've actually added, not unused templates. - RIR tracking is now off by default for new users and can be enabled in settings. - Various bug fixes and stability improvements.
