Each preset comes with a sensible default replacement schedule that you can adjust to fit your lifestyle. Can't find your item? Create a fully custom entry with your own name, category, and replacement rule. === TWO TRACKING MODES === TIME-BASED: Replace every N days, weeks, or months. Set the interval, tell us when you last replaced it, and OuttaStock counts down to the next due date. Examples: toothbrush every 90 days, smoke detector battery every 12 months, kitchen sponge every 2 weeks. USAGE-BASED (Pro): Replace after a measured amount of use. Enter your current reading, the replacement interval, and your average daily usage rate. OuttaStock calculates a predicted due date and updates it whenever you log a new reading. Examples: engine oil every 5,000 miles, tires every 50,000 km, printer ink every 500 pages. === SMART REMINDERS === Get notified exactly when you need to know — a month before, a week before, the day before, or on the day itself. Set multiple alerts per item and customise each one independently.
