Grep Tag finds cover images automatically: when a folder contains an image with the same filename as your TXT book, it's picked up as the cover. You can also long-press any TXT book and paste a direct image URL — Grep Tag downloads, crops, and saves it alongside the file so the cover survives any re-scan. EPUB COVER EXTRACTION — FREE EPUB covers are read directly from the file and displayed in your library grid — no manual setup needed.
