Try to open a blocked app and DDi's mission screen appears. 4. Beat the mission and you get 5 minutes. Then it locks again automatically. ■ 7 missions designed to make you think twice (assigned randomly) · Shake — shake your phone 100 times to unlock · Apology — type out "I am fine without this app" by hand · Squats — hold your phone and actually do them · Mental math — no calculator, just your brain · Clap — clap in front of the microphone · Shout — yell into the mic, loud enough to count · Yoga pose — hold the pose on screen in front of your camera for 2 seconds You never know which one you'll get. You'll either groan and give up, or laugh and share it with a friend. Either way, you win. ■ Progress that compounds · Time saved today, number of blocks, consecutive streak days · Generate a shareable card — "I've resisted that app for 12 days straight" ■ You're always in control DDi doesn't trap you. You can drop the block anytime. It just puts a little friction between you and your impulse — enough to make you pause and choose deliberately. · Blocks lift automatically when your timer runs out · Want to stop for good? One exit mission and it's off · Don't want any of this? Delete the app. No hidden lock, no password. ■ Your data never leaves your phone DDi collects no personal information and sends nothing to any server. All records stay on your device. The microphone is used only to detect claps and shouts during those missions — nothing is recorded or stored.
