Description
Don't log your life. Your Apple Watch already did.
EarLog is a tinnitus diary that fills itself. Rate your tinnitus once a day — one tap, or just ask Siri — and EarLog pairs it with what your Apple Watch already measured: environmental noise, headphone levels, sleep, and heart signals. No food diaries. No twenty questions.
SEE YOUR PATTERNS — After 14 days, EarLog shows how your ratings moved alongside noise, sleep and more. Plain sentences, your own data: "Across 28 recorded days, previous-day noise and your ratings tended to move together."
MASKING SOUNDS — Six sounds chosen from what people with tinnitus commonly use: white, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean and river. Sleep timer with fade-out included.
AFTER-SOUND CHECK — Stop a sound after ten minutes and EarLog offers a single one-tap check, so you can see how your tinnitus reads right after listening — and compare earphone vs speaker sessions over time.
MIND TOOLS — A thought diary, 4-7-8 breathing and a short body scan. Small tools many people use for living with tinnitus, borrowing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Not a therapy program.
LEARN — Short cards on what research has observed about tinnitus, nights, sleep and sound — with the numbers, not promises.
YOURS, PRIVATELY — Everything stays on your device. No account, no server, no ads. Export your data as CSV anytime, free.
APPLE WATCH REQUIRED for the full experience — automatic collection of noise, sleep and heart data comes from your Apple Watch. Without one, you can still record your tinnitus daily and use the sounds and mind tools.
EarLog was designed with published tinnitus research in mind, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or predict anything. Information shown is for reference only and does not replace medical judgment. If tinnitus appeared suddenly or distresses you, please see a clinician.
Subscription: EarLog Pro unlocks full history, pattern reports, PDF export and all sounds. $2.99/month or $19.99/year after a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The trial converts unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
