What’s New Version 1.1.2
What's new:
• Behind-the-scenes refinements. Nothing you need to do.
Thank you for using GastroLog.
Description
GastroLog is a daily diary made for living with gastroparesis. The symptoms that matter, the right meal model, and a personal safe-foods list are built in, so there's nothing to set up. Open it, log a meal, done.
Two taps and you're done:
- Repeat a meal in two taps. You eat the same safe things, and the app respects that.
- Log symptoms with big chips and five dots. No typing.
- One tap marks a flare, and the app quiets down until it passes. Liquids, fluids, symptoms, and nothing else asked of you.
- Missed a week? Nothing nags, nothing breaks. Your diary just continues.
Your food list, your call:
- Safe, trial and trigger lists that belong to you
- Once a food has some history, GastroLog shows the count ("symptoms followed on 4 of 6 occasions") and you decide what moves where. The app never labels a food for you.
See the shape of your weeks:
- The fortnight dashboard lines up symptoms, meals, weight, sleep, energy, fluids and medications on one screen
- Weight and symptom trends with flares marked
- Sleep and energy alongside, because the whole day matters
Walk into appointments with your story ready:
- A clear PDF report: symptom summary, weight trend, meal patterns, your food observations, medications, and the questions you want to ask
- Built from your diary in seconds, shared straight from your phone
Private by design:
- Everything stays on your phone. No account, no cloud, no ads, no data collection.
- Export or delete all of your data at any time
GastroLog is a diary, not a medical device. It counts and shows what you logged; you and your care team decide what it means.

Build 887214541v1.1.12026-06-20 20:37:25
What's new:
• Vomiting is now logged as a count. Tap to add each episode; your timeline and export show the total.
• Each symptom level now carries a plain word, from very mild to very severe — the wording used in clinical questionnaires.
• The Trends symptom chart is clearer: one bar per day, taller when there were more symptoms and deeper when they were stronger.
• Food details now show how soon symptoms tend to follow a meal.
• The weight card flags a steady unintended drop worth raising at your next appointment.
• Smaller fixes and refinements throughout.
