What’s New Version 1.1.0
Fixed an issue where tapping "Start Free Trial" could skip the paywall on some devices. Added a personalized onboarding summary and a 7-day trial reminder notification.
Description
Breaking up is hard. Not reaching out is harder.
No Contact 40 Days is a simple, private streak tracker that helps you stick to the no-contact rule after a breakup — and actually make it to day 40.
Every day you don't reach out, your streak grows. When the urge hits at 2am, the app is there with a calm reminder of why you started and how far you've come.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Streak tracker — watch every no-contact day add up
• Daily check-ins to keep your momentum going
• Daily prompts and encouragement for the hard moments
• A private journal and "unsent letters" space — write what you can't send
• Your "ick list" — the honest reasons you're moving on, ready when you waver
• Optional reminders to keep you on track
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything you write stays on your device. No account, no login, no email required. We don't track you and we can't read your entries.
WHY 40 DAYS
Forty days gives you a real, finishable goal — long enough to build momentum past the hardest stretch, short enough to keep in sight. One day at a time.
No Contact 40 Days is a personal-motivation and self-improvement tool. It is not therapy or medical or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you're
struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support line.
Subscription: optional 7-day free trial, then $9.99/month or $39.99/year (auto-renews; cancel anytime).
