It listens to what you actually said, then walks you through something to help you settle: a few slow breaths, or a small exercise to ground you, always at your own pace. Everything the voice says is a response to you in the moment, so each session fits where you actually are. You don't have to figure anything out or remember any steps. You just follow along. Sometimes it guides you through gentle bilateral stimulation. You follow a slow side-to-side rhythm for a little while, the same kind of gentle back-and-forth, inspired by EMDR (a technique used in psychology), to help your body and mind ease off.
