Description
LastMile Picking is an operations app provided by Last Mile, Inc. for the warehouse and store staff of merchants on the Last Mile platform. It is not intended for general consumers.
Move work forward from order securing to shipping, all by scanning QR codes and barcodes on your phone.
Features:
- Staff sign-in (email/password, Google, or Apple)
- Select your shop and location (work queue scoped to your site)
- Home dashboard (count KPIs by status and a work queue)
- Secure report: scan the label (combined QR) and the physical product barcode to verify a match before securing, preventing mix-ups
- Oversell report: flag a line as oversold when stock can't be found
- Link shelf: link an order to a shelf by scanning a tracking number and a shelf code
- Receive: receive incoming stock into your site
- Move shelf: correct a mis-shelved item by moving it from the wrong shelf to the correct one
- Shelf search / collection: look up shelf number, inventory and pick status from a QR or shelf label, and record collection
- Complete shipping: pull a shipment by tracking number and mark it as shipped
- Oversell receiving: find oversell cases by tracking number
A staff account issued by your merchant's administrator is required to use this app. Accounts are provisioned and managed by the administrator (platform side); the app has no in-app sign-up. It cannot be used without an account.
Supported device: iPhone (portrait). Available in Japanese and English.

After scanning the label QR, the app now continues straight to the product-barcode step within the same scanner, with a clear step indicator (Unified QR -> Product barcode).
