PaceWise 3.2 — a proper home for race day. Your goals are now Races — a proper home for every race you're working towards. Set the time you're aiming for (or a few), see how ready you are against your personal bests, and follow a pacing plan to get there. Add race day to your calendar with a countdown, and once it's run, log how it went — and save a new personal best if you earned one. There's a new home-screen widget, too. It counts down to your next race and shows the time you're aiming for, the pace you'll need, and how your form is shaping up — all at a glance. The calculator is yours to shape now. Choose which distances appear, reorder them, hide the ones you never use, or add your own. And you can show or hide the personal-best and race cards beside your result, to keep things as simple as you like. As always, PaceWise works completely offline. No account, no network, no tracking — your data never leaves your phone.

Description

PaceWise is a fast, focused running pace calculator — now with Races, a proper home for every race day. Add a race and PaceWise plans it with you: • Target time — set one or more times you're aiming for. • Pacing plan — the splits to run it, even or as a negative split that finishes faster. • Readiness — projects your finish from your personal bests, so you know how achievable your target is before race day. • Countdown — add race day to your calendar, and keep it on your Home Screen with the race-day widget. • Afterwards — log how it went, and save a new personal best if you earned one. A complete pace calculator at its core: • Solve for the third — tap Time, Distance, or Pace and the rest follows. • Your distances — 5K, 10K, Half, Marathon, or any custom distance; choose which ones appear and reorder them. • Splits — cumulative time at every kilometre or mile, including the exact finish. • Personal Bests — log multiple results per distance; PaceWise tracks your best and your progression, and shows how your target compares. • Kilometres or miles — switch any time; everything converts. Go deeper when you want to: • Equivalent times — compare your PBs across distances four ways: Riegel, Cameron, VDOT, and PaceWise, our own model that blends all your results into a personalised range. • Age-graded bests — WMA age grading scores your personal bests against the world standard for your age and sex, so a 5K at 45 stands next to a 5K at 25. • Treadmill — convert between treadmill speed and running pace, so the number on the belt matches your run. • Pace bands — share or export your splits as an image or a print-ready PDF, ready for race day. Equivalents and age grades are a guide, not a prediction — a calm read on your form across distances and years, not a promise for race day. Built as a calm, native utility: Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, light and dark mode. No account, no network, no tracking — your data stays on your device.
