Description
Meet Pipolo — the friendliest way to know if a product is right for your baby.
Scan any barcode and Pipolo instantly tells you whether it's a good fit for your child's exact age — with clear, age-by-age guidance you can trust. No jargon, no guesswork. Just point, scan, and know.
WHAT PIPOLO CHECKS
• Age-appropriate safety — honey before 12 months, choking-hazard shapes, cow's milk, early-allergen introduction, and more, tuned to your child's age in months.
• Your child's allergens — set each child's allergies once and Pipolo flags them on every scan, including "may contain" traces.
• Live recall monitoring — products are checked against official recall feeds (CPSC, FDA, Health Canada/CFIA, and the EU's RASFF), and your saved items keep getting watched.
• The Pipolo Quality Score — a simple 0–100 read on processing level, sugar & nutrition, and additives, so you can compare at a glance.
BUILT FOR REAL FAMILIES
• Multiple children — one profile each, switch in a tap.
• Pregnancy mode — guidance on alcohol, high-mercury fish, deli meats, caffeine limits and more.
• Milestones — see what opens up at 4, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 months and beyond.
• Meet Pip — your peach companion who reacts to every result and keeps you company along the way.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family's data lives on your device. Scan in seconds — nothing about your child is sold or shared.
NOW IN ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH & GERMAN
Pipolo reads ingredient labels and speaks to you in your language.
GROUNDED IN REAL GUIDANCE
Pipolo's guidance draws on public health sources including the AAP, CDC, FDA, NIAID and WHO, with product data from Open Food Facts.
Pipolo provides general information to help you make decisions — it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for your pediatrician. For anything important, always talk to a healthcare professional.

Build 886824669v1.12026-06-11 17:18:13
A big accuracy and clarity update!
• Smarter verdicts — Pipling now reads actual nutrition amounts, so a
lightly salted cracker and a salt-heavy snack no longer get the same
warning.
• Better allergy detection — now also checks official "contains" and
"may contain" label data for your child's allergens.
• More precise quality scores, computed from each product's full
nutrition panel.
• Fixed rare cases where everyday foods were flagged incorrectly.
• Redesigned Recalls tab — see at a glance whether anything you saved
is affected, with clear hazard tags instead of walls of text.
• Tested against hundreds of real products for reliability.
Build 886211063v1.0.22026-05-30 02:36:00
Nomi is now Pipling — same app, friendlier name. Plus the biggest update
since launch:
• Milestones: a color-themed timeline of every age-based food safety
milestone (first solids, allergens, honey day, two years…), each
with shareable keepsake cards and "watch out for" reminders.
• Sharper safety engine: now catches every common form of sugar and
salt on labels, blocks products inappropriate for newborns under
4 months, flags all chocolate and tuna for kids who shouldn't
have them yet, and treats nicotine and cannabis as unsafe at any age.
• Canadian recall coverage: Pipling now monitors Health Canada / CFIA
alongside the FDA and CPSC.
• Saved-product recall alerts: get notified the moment something on
your watch list is recalled.
• Smoother experience: redesigned onboarding (one focused question
per page), refreshed Recalls feed with country flags and severity
cues, and full support for iOS Reduce Motion accessibility setting.
Thanks for being early users. Let us know if anything feels off.
