NEW: AI Task Planning Let AI prepare your event! Based on your completed events, the AI suggests the right tasks for your new event – you simply review and create them with a click. • Smart suggestions: The AI learns from the pattern of past events (weekdays, morning/afternoon shifts) and proposes exactly what fits your club. • Planning prompt before generation: Competition days and participating teams are requested. The AI specifically considers competition days for catering, live streaming and the start area. • Shifts per day: Choose morning and/or afternoon for each day – tasks are created only for the selected shifts. • Full coverage: Missing standard areas are automatically filled in from your history. • Strict team exclusion: Deselected teams are left out entirely – no unwanted tasks. • Task preview: See all generated tasks at a glance, select them via checkbox, including "select all". (Available from two completed events and with an active subscription.) More new features • Copy tasks instead of moving them: A clearly labeled "Copy task" screen – date and event freely adjustable, the original task stays unchanged. • Attachments are copied too: When copying, the attachment (e.g. a PDF recipe note) is carried over and can be replaced beforehand. • Delete tasks directly: Super admins can remove tasks right in the event view – including a safety prompt and automatic point reversal. Version 1.1.3 makes Vereinspunkt faster, more intuitive and easier to navigate. NEW • Swipe navigation between sections: Swiping left or right now moves to the neighboring bottom-nav item – with wrap-around and matching the navigation order. • Guided tour with animated status graphics: The event step explains the "Open → Upcoming" flow (Open = planning, only visible to admins/team heads; Upcoming = visible to everyone incl. helpers, tasks can be staffed). The task step explains the "Open → In progress → Completed" flow, including QR scanning timing. IMPROVED • Redesigned task creation form: Button-based steppers for participants and points, dropdown time selection, an auto-closing date picker, and grouped sections with headers for a cleaner layout. • Redesigned event dialog: Grouped, icon-led sections (Basics, Period, Settings) and consistent field styling. • Event date range selection: The separate start/end date fields have been replaced with a single range calendar. Pick start, then end – the period is highlighted as a bar. Plus month/year dropdown navigation, an explicit "Confirm" button (and "Reset"), and a live preview. • Refined tour status graphics: constant dialog height, clean cross-fade of hint texts without overlap, single-line status labels, slower status switching for easier reading, and prettier arrows between statuses. FIXED • Faster dashboard loading: Eliminated duplicate startup data requests. The app no longer fetches the user profile multiple times, and data hooks only refresh on real changes. • Task end-time validation: A task's end time must be after its start time (inline error, blocked submit). • Event date range picker fixed: Fast start/end taps now reliably show the full period with both endpoints highlighted; the hint text wraps fully above the fixed footer on mobile. New task tile design: Modern tiles in the task overview with a colored status edge, a staffing progress bar and a reward chip. The initials of volunteers who have already signed up are now visible directly on the tile – without opening the task. Volunteers visible to all members: The initials badges show the correct names, and regular members now also see a read-only name list in the task view (without email/phone). Level system now available for hours-based clubs: Levels and ranks are calculated from total hours, milestone awards use hours, and the level system configuration is accessible and adjustable for hours-based clubs. Selectable dashboard style: Three modern design variants – Progress Hero, Journey Track and Glow Cards – with stronger emphasis on the next level, earned awards and a more refined illustration. The selected variant is shown live for all club members – with real points/hours, rank, next achievable level including progress, and the awards actually earned. Glow Cards adapts to the color theme: a light deck in the Light theme, a dark glass deck in the Dark theme, plus matching Blue/Orange decks. Fixed Progress Hero: Awards are no longer cut off and are now shown in a wrapping grid. Progress Hero: The current level is now labeled with its name beneath the level icon.

ersion 1.1.0 makes getting started much easier for new clubs and new members. New • Club-founder onboarding with guided tour: After creating a new club, the welcome dialog now offers an additional "Start guided tour" button. The tour walks users through four steps – (1) scoring model, (2) first event, (3) first task and (4) invite members – with a floating hint bar at the bottom of the screen that includes "Next" and "End tour" buttons. • Step 4 of the tour – choose the invitation channel: Before highlighting, the tour asks whether members should be added via email invitation or via the club code (join requests). When "club code" is chosen, the tour navigates to the join-requests page and highlights the club code together with its copy button. After copying, the tour ends with a success confirmation. • Clear onboarding for users without a club: The "No club assigned" landing screen has been fully reworked. Three colored options – (1) Personal invitation code, (2) Enter club code and (3) Create your own club – make the available paths immediately clear. Changed • Join requests for self-created clubs without a subscription: The superadmin can confirm at most five members. Further approvals are blocked with a clear message that points to upgrading. • Registration confirmation screen: After clicking "Create account", a clear confirmation page now appears (green checkmark, the entered email address, spam-folder hint and support contact) instead of just a brief toast. The form and tabs are hidden so it is obvious the next step happens in the user's inbox. Fixed • Account deletion removes one-person clubs completely: When an account is deleted, any club where the user is the only member (typically self-created clubs) is now removed along with all related events, tasks, teams, invitations and configuration. Clubs that still have other members remain intact – only the user's own membership is removed. • Account deletion also for global superadmins: Global superadmins can now delete their own account when they are the only member in every club they belong to – the one-person clubs are deleted along with the account in that case. Changed "Manage clubs" scoped to own clubs: Under Profile → Administration → Manage clubs, a superadmin now only sees and can edit the clubs in which they themselves hold the superadmin role. Clubs belonging to other superadmins are hidden. Fixed Edit dialog readable again under the Blue/Orange themes: The club edit dialog appeared transparent on iOS under the pastel background themes (Blue, Orange) and was hard to read. Dialogs now consistently use a solid white card background with high-contrast text, regardless of the selected color theme.

Improved Task filters clearly readable in the Blue/Orange themes: The expanded filter panel was slightly transparent on Android in the pastel background themes and therefore hard to see. It now uses a solid card background with a subtle border in the theme's primary color. Event dropdown in the task filter shows long names in full: The selector is now at least 320 px wide (up to 90 % of screen width), wraps long event names, and shows the full name as a tooltip. Team tiles per event on the dashboard rendered more boldly: The four status tiles per team ("Partially staffed", "Fully staffed", "Missing", "Checked in") appeared washed out in the colored themes. Backgrounds are noticeably stronger and framed with a subtle colored border. Technical Capacitor updated to 8.3.4 (Core, iOS, CLI): fixes Swift Package and XCFramework resolution errors in Xcode. PWA service worker disabled inside the native iOS WebView and the Lovable preview, so stale cache bundles no longer mask fresh simulator builds. Package.resolved for Capacitor 8.3.4 checked back in, so Xcode Cloud can produce the archive with automatic package resolution disabled. App Store / TestFlight App version bumped to 1.0.9, iOS build number to 200. Xcode Cloud auto build number: A new script ci_scripts/ci_post_clone.sh automatically sets CFBundleVersion on every Cloud build to the monotonically increasing Xcode Cloud build number ($CI_BUILD_NUMBER). This avoids future "build number already exists" rejections.

This release brings a fresh new look and fixes several rough edges that came up in daily use. The biggest visual change is the new theme picker. Under Profile and Settings you can now choose between four background designs: Light as the default, Dark in deep grey for easier reading and lower power use on OLED displays, plus Blue and Orange with a subtle wave pattern. Your choice is stored per account and applies automatically across all your devices. Cards and lists stay white inside the colored themes so readability remains crisp, and the status colors red, orange and green stay identical across all themes so they remain unambiguous. The task detail view now also adapts to your chosen theme. Its colored header used to always show the default blue-green gradient and now switches to blue-cyan or orange-amber depending on the active theme. We also fixed several issues around the task filters. The event dropdown on the Tasks page was often empty when opened directly after navigation and only filled in on a second tap. The filter now reliably waits for the sign-in to be fully loaded, is disabled during loading with a clear loading hint, and shows the full event list the very first time you open it. In addition, events and teams are cached locally and refreshed as soon as the club assignment is known. As a result, dropdown values appear noticeably faster after returning to the page, reloading or restarting. The Administration and Groups area is also significantly faster. The four required queries for teams, memberships, team-lead assignments and profiles now run in parallel rather than one after another. The list of assignable people is only loaded when you actually open the Assign team lead dialog. Groups you have already loaded are cached and appear instantly when you reopen the view, while a refresh happens quietly in the background. A frustrating issue with switching clubs is gone as well. When the session had silently expired, switching clubs in the profile failed with a generic error. The app now automatically refreshes the session before switching and retries the action. If the session really is gone, you get a clear message and are taken straight to the sign-in screen.

Version 1.0.6 Fixed: • Filters in "Tasks" responded with a delay. When opening a filter, it briefly appeared empty and closed again after 1–3 seconds; values only showed on the second tap. Filters now open instantly with the correct values. ——— Version 1.0.5 Join via club code: • Members without a club can now enter an 8-character club code (in addition to the email invitation) to submit a join request. No public list of clubs is shown — clubs stay invisible to outsiders. • Optional message to the club admin with the request. • "Request pending approval" card with option to withdraw the request. • Brute-force protection: max. 5 failed attempts per 10 minutes. • Clear separation from the personal email invite code. Admin area – Join requests: • New page "Administration → Join requests" with tabs Open / Approved / Rejected. • Approve or reject individually or in bulk. • Optional rejection reason — visible to the requester. • Badge with number of open requests on the admin dashboard. • In-app notifications for requesters and admins. Club code visibility: • Club code card with copy button under "Profile → My club" and "Join requests". • Visible only to admins/superadmins of the club. Helpers do not see the code. Unchanged: • Existing email invitation with invite code remains fully available. • Self-service club creation via "Create club" unchanged. Documentation: • Help & Guide updated to version 3.6 (DE + EN, new FAQ entries on club code, difference between invite code and club code, and join requests). • Privacy Policy updated to version 3.6: new section on join_code and join_requests (data categories, brute-force protection, audit log).

Version 1.0.7 • Stability and delivery update: This release ensures that the improvements shipped in 1.0.5 and 1.0.6 (joining a club via 8-digit club code, join requests in the admin area, and the fix for the delayed filters on the "Tasks" screen) are fully and reliably included in the iOS app. • Updated bundled app content and internal components to the latest version. • No functional changes compared to 1.0.6 – build and delivery correction only.

Version 1.0.3 – Cleaner profile page & more subtle notifications Profile page – completely restructured The profile page is now much clearer: instead of many separate cards, you'll find four clearly grouped sections, collapsed by default: • Profile details • My club (task history, switch/join club) • Settings (language & display, notifications, change password) • More (What's new, Help, Privacy, Imprint, Reload content) Admins and superadmins still see their "Administration" area prominently right below the profile details. "Delete account" has moved from a red block at the bottom of the page to an unobtrusive text link – the feature is still available, but no longer dominates the screen. Notification toasts – new design & customizable duration Notification toasts now appear as compact, translucent pills with a colored status icon: green check for success, red cross for errors, blue info icon. Much more subtle and less distracting than before. New: under Profile → Settings → Language & Display you can now use a slider to choose how long notifications remain visible (0–10 seconds). Set to 0 to dismiss them instantly. The setting is stored locally in your browser only. Navigation The profile tab in the bottom navigation bar now shows a gear icon – making it clear that all settings live there too. "Reload content" The former "Check for updates" button is now called "Reload content", which more accurately describes what actually happens: the latest club content is fetched from the server. Help & Privacy Help & Manual and the Privacy Policy have been updated to version 3.5, covering all new features. Plus many small improvements and bug fixes.
