HOW IT WORKS
Every 5 days, your coach builds a new cycle around YOUR body — your weight, height, age, conditions, mobility, training preferences, diet style, and what you wrote in your own words during onboarding. Then it adapts to your progress.
Each cycle includes:
• My Stairs — a daily movement checklist scaled to your path and condition
• My Kitchen — 5 days of meals + a grocery list, body-weight-scaled with real nutrition rationale
• A coach voice — the same warm, knowledgeable tone across in-app and email
• Earned Elevator Days — guilt-free rest days, built into the cycle
