Description

Bars that drain. Top them up before they hit zero. Most people don't notice they're thirsty until they're already dehydrated. Or that they haven't eaten in eight hours. Or that they haven't moved since yesterday. Cues turns the daily needs you forget about into bars that drain over time — so you see them before they hit empty, not after. WHO IT'S FOR If you reach mid-afternoon and realize you haven't eaten, had water, or stood up. If "just remember" has never worked for you. If habit-streak apps only ever made you feel further behind. Cues is for busy people, parents, students, and anyone with ADHD or executive-function challenges who loses track of basic needs until they're already running on empty. THE LOOP Each cue is a bar. The bar drains at its own pace — water in 4 hours, food in 6, sleep over 17, movement every 8, social every couple of days. When a bar gets low, Cues nudges you. You tap to top it up. That's the whole game. No streaks to break. No shame. No guilt. Just the bars. SEVEN DEFAULTS Ready on first launch: • Water • Food • Sleep • Movement • Meds • Bathroom • Social PRESETS Drop in eight more cues without designing them yourself: Sensory Break · Fresh Air · Mood Check · Screen Break · Temperature · Fun · Sunlight · Hygiene CUSTOM CUES Design your own bars with the decay timing and trigger that fits your life. AUTO-REFILL FROM APPLE HEALTH Cues reads sleep, movement, sunlight, food, and water from Apple Health. When the data lands there, the right bar tops itself up automatically. No double-entry — log a glass of water in any Health-aware app and Cues picks it up. QUIET, PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE — No accounts. No login. No servers. — No telemetry. No ads. No tracking. — Health data stays on your phone. — Notifications come at quiet times, not as a flood — quiet hours by default. APPLE WATCH Cues runs on Apple Watch as a companion. Glance at your wrist, see what's running low, top it up from the watch face. WIDGETS Lock screen and home screen widgets show your three most-urgent bars at a glance. FREE Everything in Cues is free. No subscription, no IAP, no trial countdown — just the app. — — — Cues is built by an indie developer in Finland. Quiet support: stationify.fi/apps/cues

New in this update • One-tap top-ups — fill a cue's bar straight from the dashboard, no extra steps. • Water and food fill in a single tap; no need to set an amount first. • Tap a reminder to clear it. • Apple Watch complication — your most urgent cue, right on the watch face. • More reliable Apple Health sync, with accessibility and stability improvements.
Build 886625341v1.082026-06-07 16:31:07
New in this update • Refill from anywhere — tap a cue on your Home Screen widget, ask Siri ("log water in Cues"), or add a Control Center button, all without opening the app. • Lock Screen Live Activity — when a cue runs critically low it appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a one-tap "Did it." • Smarter meds reminders — set several fixed times a day for a cue, and let the important ones break through Focus and Do Not Disturb. • Stability improvements, including a background crash fix.
Build 886602716v1.072026-06-06 17:06:27
New in this update • Refill from your widget. Tap any cue right on your Home Screen widget to top it up — without opening the app. • Multiple daily reminders per cue. For things on a fixed schedule like medication, set several reminder times (say, a morning and an evening dose) instead of just one.
Build 886250810v1.062026-06-04 02:14:05
New in this update • Act right from the lock screen. When a reminder arrives, tap to mark a cue done, snooze it, or say "not right now" — without opening the app. • Tap your widget to top up. Refill any cue straight from the Home Screen widget with a single tap. • Set-time reminders. For cues that happen on a schedule — like medication — pick a fixed daily time instead of waiting for the bar to run low. • Built for everyone. Full VoiceOver support, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, and status that no longer relies on color alone. Reliability fixes • Apple Health refills for movement, time in daylight, and workouts now top up by the right amount. • Water and food logged in Cues no longer count twice. • Reminders arrive on time instead of drifting later each day. • The manual sleep-length stepper works even when Apple Health sleep data isn't available. • Sleep is no longer occasionally double-counted, so your trends stay accurate. • Editing or removing past entries no longer shifts your current levels.
