Most people don't notice they're thirsty until they're already dehydrated. Or that they haven't eaten in eight hours. Or that they haven't moved since yesterday. Cues turns the daily needs you forget about into bars that drain over time — so you see them before they hit empty, not after.
WHO IT'S FOR
If you reach mid-afternoon and realize you haven't eaten, had water, or stood up. If "just remember" has never worked for you. If habit-streak apps only ever made you feel further behind. Cues is for busy people, parents, students, and anyone with ADHD or executive-function challenges who loses track of basic needs until they're already running on empty.

Each cue is a bar. The bar drains at its own pace — water in 4 hours, food in 6, sleep over 17, movement every 8, social every couple of days. When a bar gets low, Cues nudges you. You tap to top it up. That's the whole game.

Cues reads sleep, movement, sunlight, food, and water from Apple Health. When the data lands there, the right bar tops itself up automatically. No double-entry — log a glass of water in any Health-aware app and Cues picks it up.
