HOW IT WORKS
1. Add the squad once
2. Create a match, pick attendance, formation and goalkeeper approach
3. The app suggests a fair plan with positions. Adjust freely.
4. During the match: start the timer, sub when it beeps, confirm.
5. After the match: share a report.
SHOW THE NEXT SUB ON THE IPAD
Hold up the iPad and the whole team sees who is coming on, who is coming off and who is in goal, with big colour-coded names.
CONTROL FROM WRIST AND LOCK SCREEN
Apple Watch and a Live Activity on the lock screen give the next sub and buttons to pause and confirm without unlocking the phone.
NO LOGIN, NO ADS, NO TRACKING
All data stays on your device and syncs privately via your own iCloud account.
PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Club teams (positions, formations, tactics board, reports) require Allenatore Pro: a monthly subscription with a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. The price is shown in the app, it renews automatically, cancel anytime. Class football stays free.

• Full support for 3-a-side, with its own formations and no goalkeeper.
• Guest players: add borrowed players for a single match. They rotate fairly during the match but don't affect your team's season fairness.
• Choose the match format per game, e.g. when your team plays a cup in a different format.
• Set the total match time freely; it's divided evenly across the number of substitutions.
• Change formation mid-match and choose whether it applies only to that period or upcoming ones too.
• Smarter regeneration: ongoing and played periods are locked, you can undo, and short shifts rotate fairly.
