Improvements to real-time professional tracking

In this version, we fixed an issue in the iOS location flow where the app was not sending location data to the backend.
On iPhone, when location is set to “approximate”, radius-based searches may fail. Therefore, we added a request for precise location access.
We also fixed a small bug that duplicated professionals in the internal list. Everything is now working perfectly.
