Just chat, log, review, and save. WORKOUT TRACKER Track your training with clear routines, exercise flow, reps, timers, session progress, and proof of work. Train with what you have, validate each move, and keep momentum. AI CALORIE COUNTER Snap a meal photo or type what you ate. Chad helps estimate calories, protein, carbs, fat, and meal details. Review and edit every estimate before saving. DAILY COMMAND CENTER See your Body and Mind progress in one place. Meals, water, steps, workouts, quests, streaks, routines, profile signals, and daily proof all come together in a clean dashboard. LOG BY CHAT Tell Chad what happened: “I trained push, ate chicken rice, walked 8,000 steps, and drank 2.5L water.” Hey Coach turns it into structured logs you can confirm, edit, and save.
