Description

evDash OBD2 is a live dashboard and diagnostics multitool for electric vehicles. Connect a compatible OBD2 adapter and view real-time EV data on your phone or Apple CarPlay. evDash is built to support as many electric cars as possible — if a vehicle exposes useful data over OBD2, the goal is to make it work. Main features: • Live EV dashboard with battery, power and driving data • Battery SOC, SOH, voltage, current and charging overview • Cell voltages, temperature data and 12V battery status • Charging graphs and trip energy statistics • Apple CarPlay support • Multi-car garage with quick switching • Service Menu with ECU scan, ECU versions and DTC tools • Pre-purchase battery check and battery health tests • Acceleration and brake tests • TPMS, CAN sniffer and diagnostic export tools • Remote Tuning to help add or improve vehicle support • Local logs, exports and optional remote upload evDash works with supported OBD2 BLE, BT3/SPP, WiFi, MFi/OBDLink, BMW ENET and evDash M5Stack relay adapters. Available data depends on the vehicle model, adapter type and supported vehicle profile. Some cars expose a lot of battery data, some expose only basic OBD2 data, and some are restricted by the vehicle gateway. evDash Pro unlocks advanced diagnostics, multi-car quick switch, battery internal resistance calculation, cell health tests, graph exports, Service Menu tools and fullscreen diagnostic views. It is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly plans include the same Pro features. Pricing is displayed in the App Store before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no renewal. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Disclaimer: evDash is a diagnostic tool used to read data from your vehicle and is provided for information purposes only. Build 886399443v1.1.72026-06-01 23:41:24
- OBDLink MX+ on Android now connects over Bluetooth Classic (BT3/SPP), with automatic reconnect if the link drops. - Clearer Service menu: it now shows which features are free (just connect an adapter) and which need Pro. - Remote Tuning: simpler session controls; the scan result is now saved to Log files so you can read it later. - Correct battery capacity for Kia EV6 and Ioniq 5 / 6 84 kWh. - Fixes and translation improvements.
Build 886255362v1.1.62026-05-30 20:56:26
What's new in 1.1.6 since 1.1.5: New features - Remote Tuning (Service Menu): diagnostic experts can tune your EV profile live over a secure 6-digit pairing session, no app rebuild needed. - Battery Complete Test (FREE): redesigned PDF certificate with branded header, status badge, axis-labeled voltage chart and legend. Projection to 0 % SOC when the test stops between 5 and 10 %. Abort under 10 % becomes Finish with completed-acceptable / ideal status. - Auto-saved PDF + PNG certificates for Cell Health (drive + charging), Battery Resistance and DC Fast Charging tests. - New ABS DTC ECUs in the EGMP DTC scan, with 1003 extended diagnostic session for the previously placeholder Cluster / HVAC / TPMS reads. - Zeekr X added to the vehicle catalog with a clear gateway-lock notice (only VIN read works on this model). - Vendor-locked OBD adapter detection: the app warns and disables brand scans when a Carly-style filtered adapter is detected. Vehicle support - Hyundai / Kia E-GMP: added 4 BMS lifetime metrics (cumulative charge/discharge Ah, BMS uptime, inverter capacitor voltage). Fixed Ioniq 6 odometer reading via VCMS. Multi-frame fix for Cluster / HVAC / Outdoor temp / TPMS DIDs. - BMW Gen5 (i4 / iX): accurate SoC triplet (main/min/max), cell voltage min/max, module temperatures array, lifetime CEC/CED counters. Fixed 12 V Aux scaling (was showing 28 V). Faster live loop after removing tester-present overhead. - Tesla Model 3/Y: live front+rear motor heat power, new DC fast-charge V/A/kW probes. Fixed phantom 118 C charge-pin temperature on parked car. SoC now comes only from confirmed 0x33A display frames; the BMS heuristic that produced 71 % while the car displayed 50 % was removed. - Renault Zoe Phase 2 ZE50: documented OBD-II gateway limits (Car Commands and most read DIDs are firmware-locked, only LBC SOC/SoH and TDB battery state are reachable). Log files and reliability - All diagnostic exports, CAN records, debug scans and certificates now mirror into one Log files list with type badge and preview. - Automatic cleanup respects the user-configured retention setting (was hardcoded 14 days). - Local snapshots are captured even when cloud upload succeeds. - Settings restore after reinstall / dev build now backs up the full settings profile (remote upload, contribute token, evdash.eu pairing, language, dashboard grid, service intervals). Fixes - Translation glossary: "Relay" is now used in 6 EU languages (was incorrectly translated as a generic word in SK/CS/ES/PT/NO/HU - Relay is the product name of the M5Stack evDash Relay hardware). - Trip kilometers reset together with the kWh counters after reconnect; no more 1 km jump on the first odometer tick. - Drive/charge session boundaries reset driving stats correctly on charge -> D/R transition. - Energy saver: GPS, motion sampling and keep-awake only run while connected to the car.
