StockBook is a simple, fast inventory and cost tracker built for independent UK car dealers.
Stop juggling spreadsheets, paper receipts and reminder apps. Track every car you buy, every penny you spend on it,

• Sales invoices — one tap on any car and you've got a proper branded invoice: your logo, the customer's details, warranty terms and signatures, ready to share.
• Deposits & Reserved — take a deposit, hand over a receipt, and the car marks itself Reserved until it sells or the deposit comes back. Add a hold-until date so you both know where you stand.
• Part exchange — take their old car against the new one. The allowance comes off the invoice automatically, and the PX car drops straight into your stock, valued at what you gave for it.
• Signed on the glass — the customer signs with a finger right in the flow. Set your own company signature once in Settings and it lands on every document.
• Terms before the ink — write your sale terms once in Settings; the customer reads them (tap to enlarge) before signing, and they print on the invoice. Edited terms never rewrite an already-issued invoice.
• Your warranty, your terms — pick from standard cover or write your own, and it's spelled out on the invoice.
• Stock age alerts — get a push when a car hits 30 days in stock, and again at 90. The cars quietly eating your margin won't sit unnoticed any more.
• Full breakdown export — one CSV, one row per car: what you paid, every cost, your stand-in value, days in stock, sale price and profit.
