This major update brings the classical foundation of Tibetan grammar to your fingertips and ensures your learning journey is safer than ever with a complete overhaul of our progress-saving system.
CRITICAL FIXES:
Progress Syncing: Fixed a major bug that prevented user progress and lesson completion from saving correctly. Your mastery levels and practice history are now accurately preserved.
NEW FEATURES:
The Thirty Verses: Study the classical root text of Tibetan grammar with a new manuscript-styled reader featuring side-by-side Tibetan and English.
Interactive Script Practice: New "Tap-the-Letter" drills for Prefixes, Suffixes, Post-Suffixes, and the seven La-don particles—replacing static textbook cards.
Improved Navigation: A cleaner two-tab Lesson + Practice layout makes it easier to switch between learning rules and testing your knowledge.
Punctuation Mastery: Expanded guide on essential symbols, including the Yig-go (Head Marks) and Gter-tsheg (Treasure/Repeat Marks).
Description
Boepa is a Tibetan language learning app for anyone who wants to speak, read, and connect with the language, whether you grew up hearing it at home, practice Buddhism, or simply want to learn one of the world's oldest living languages.
HOW IT WORKS
Each chapter introduces new vocabulary through listening quizzes. Hear a word spoken by a native speaker, then pick the correct meaning. Chapters unlock in order so you build naturally on what you know. Before each quiz, review words using the built-in word list and flashcards, or skip straight to the quiz if you're already familiar.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Greetings and everyday phrases, identity sentences, people and objects, food and daily life, places and family roles, time and descriptive words.
FEATURES
Native Tibetan audio for every word, Tibetan script with phonetic guides, daily streak tracking, flashcard review, leaderboard, and in-app feedback.
