What’s New Version 1.8.0
The bloodwork release — plus a food log.
NUTRITION
• New: an AI food log. Type a meal or photograph it, review the estimate, fix anything, approve. Nothing logs without your confirmation.
• Repeat meals become one-tap chips; build recipes, set your own calorie ceiling and protein floor
• Gram-to-cup conversion that knows the difference between rice and blueberries
BLOODWORK
• Trends now line up across labs: units are standardized per biomarker (nmol/L to ng/dL and 40+ more), with the original printed value always preserved on every row
• Urinalysis results — NEGATIVE, TRACE, CLEAR — now tracked and trended
• Smarter biomarker matching: "CORTISOL, A.M.", "Vitamin D3 (25-OH)" and lab-specific spellings unify into one trend
• Redesigned trend charts: readings sit at their true dates, and the reference band shown is the one from your own report
• New Pro option: overlay reference ranges from published clinical literature — source cited on screen, clearly labeled educational, never a diagnosis
• Pin any biomarker to a protocol, from either side
FIXES
• Faster, clearer lab-report review with one-tap approval
• Membership status, protocol calendars, and notification reliability improvements
PeptideLab never recommends doses or treatments — consult your clinician before changing any protocol.
Description
Serious tracking for peptides, GLP-1, TRT & HRT — plus the bloodwork to see what actually changed.
PeptideLab is a precision instrument for people who track their own peptide, GLP-1, HRT, and TRT protocols. Log a dose in a few taps or let scheduled protocols run on auto-pilot. Import lab reports and DEXA scans. Turn a finished cycle into a clean, shareable report. Local-first and private — no efficacy claims, no streaks, no guilt.
TRACK PROTOCOLS
• The largest compound database in any tracker — peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, supplements
• Dose logging in seconds, with injection-site rotation and titration schedules
• Reconstitution and draw-volume math done for you — no mental arithmetic at the vial
• Cycle calendar, adherence history, and a Cycle Verdict when a protocol ends
UNDERSTAND YOUR BLOODWORK
• Import lab PDFs or photos — values land in a review queue where you confirm every number before it counts
• Trends across every report you own, even across labs: units are standardized automatically (nmol/L and ng/dL finally on one chart), and the original printed values are always preserved and shown
• Urinalysis results tracked alongside blood panels
• Reference ranges shown are the ones printed on YOUR report — the app never substitutes its own
• Optional Pro overlay: reference ranges from published clinical literature, each with its source cited on screen, clearly labeled as educational — never a diagnosis
• DEXA scan import: body-fat %, lean mass and more become baselines and trends
LOG WHAT YOU EAT
• An AI food log: type or photograph a meal, review the estimate, correct anything, then approve
• You confirm every entry — nothing is logged without your review
• Repeat meals become one-tap chips; recipes, gram-to-cup conversion, daily protein and calorie targets you set yourself
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Local-first: your data lives on your device, with optional encrypted cloud backup you control
• Export your data as CSV anytime, free
• No ads, no data sales, no social feed
WHAT PEPTIDELAB IS NOT
PeptideLab is a personal record-keeping and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It never recommends, suggests, or adjusts doses, compounds, or protocols — every protocol in the app is one you enter yourself. Reference ranges displayed with your results are the ones printed on your own lab reports; optional educational ranges are cited to published literature and are clearly marked as non-diagnostic. Always consult a licensed clinician before you start, change, or stop any protocol or supplement.
PeptideLab Pro (subscription) unlocks cross-report trends, AI lab reports, the food photo estimator, and the Lab Assistant. Core tracking and CSV export are free, forever.

Build 888018879v1.7.22026-07-09 15:58:11
NEW
• DEXA scan import — drop in a scan PDF and body-fat %, lean mass and
more become baselines and trends
• Body Comp — scan-over-scan changes shown next to the protocols you
ran between them
• Labs & Scans — bloodwork, body comp and files, reorganized
• My Stack — hold to reorder, AM/PM tags on your routine, swipe to
remove
• Bulk dose-history editor on Protocol Detail
• Cycle VERDICT
IMPROVED
• Same marker from different labs now lines up in one trend
• Home cards say when a timed dose is due, respond to touch, and link
straight to each dose
• Tap any logged dose to see everything captured around it
FIXED
• My Stack reordering no longer jumps
• Share cards keep long compound names to one line
Build 887876114v1.6.02026-07-08 16:01:53
Lots of improvements:
• PeptideLab Intelligence — a written report of your own bloodwork against a protocol: what moved before, during, and after, marker by marker. Generated when you ask, stored on your device, informational only.
• Lab Assistant — now keeps multiple conversations with history and titles, and opens with a short, data-aware brief of where things stand.
• Smarter vials — dose estimates now follow your titration plan instead of assuming today's dose forever; adding a vial can send the rest of a multi-pack to the Freezer as sealed backups; and the discard window is yours — set your own, or turn it off.
• Reliability — deleted vials now stay deleted after a reinstall, first launch after reinstalling no longer hangs, and a handful of date and layout issues are fixed.
Clinical, private, no streaks, no guilt — same as always.
- Cleaner Home — the per-protocol check-in strip is now opt-in, so your Home stays focused.
- Cleaner reports — filter pills (within / outside / no printed range) and date-led report titles.
- Faster, more reliable sync under the hood.
Everything else is still a major update: PeptideLab now handles your bloodwork.
• Documents — import a lab report as a PDF or photo, and PeptideLab reads the values for you to review and approve. Follow any biomarker over time, and pin the ones that matter to a protocol.
• Cloud backup — sign in and your data (protocols, doses, biometrics, and now your lab reports) backs up privately to your own account. Reinstall on a new device and it all comes back.
We also spent real time on reliability: signing back in after a reinstall restores everything cleanly, reminder privacy (detailed or discreet) now saves per protocol, and we smoothed out a lot of smaller things across the app.
Clinical, private, no streaks, no guilt — same as always.
