Restoring is always free. • All exercise reference images have been redesigned — form is easier to follow at a glance.
Build 887815531v2.0.132026-07-06 22:44:21
Tune your program to your strength. • Program too heavy or too light? Change the base weight and the whole plan recalculates • Pick up to 2 focus areas to prioritize when creating a program • The app now suggests updating your base weights when your results drift from the plan • Fixed the widget not updating after a device restart
Build 887741774v2.0.122026-07-02 22:14:31
Used up your free photo-story shares? You can now watch a short ad to share one more time
Build 887629278v2.0.112026-07-01 19:28:31
Fixed minor bugs and improved overall stability. Thanks for using GymRec!
Build 887586797v2.0.82026-06-29 20:38:34
This update includes minor bug fixes and improvements for a smoother experience. Thanks for using the app!
Build 887537899v2.0.62026-06-28 20:13:33
16 color themes added You can now choose from 16 color themes for the whole app in Settings. Beyond Light and Dark, pick Emerald, Sunset, Ocean, Sakura and more to match your mood. Selecting a theme recolors not just the buttons but the backgrounds and cards too. Find your favorite look!
Build 887493234v2.0.42026-06-26 22:56:49
This update makes sharing more reliable and adds time-based logging for planks. • Sharing fixes: resolved an issue where share images occasionally came out blank, and a case on iOS where the share sheet didn't appear. Sharing is now smoother and more dependable. • Log planks by time: core-hold exercises can now be recorded by how many seconds you held, instead of weight × reps. Thanks for using the app!
Build 887074666v2.0.32026-06-25 00:07:14
Major Update! We've changed to a new design.
Build 886428672v1.0.232026-06-02 19:55:24
Smarter starting weights for AI plans Curl exercises (barbell, dumbbell, cable, etc.) now get starting weights estimated from your bench press 1RM — no body weight required. Chin-up starting weight now defaults to 0 regardless of body weight. If you train weighted chin-ups, your previous added weight will auto-fill from the second session onward.
Build 886364649v1.0.222026-06-01 16:48:36
[Routines Added] You can now create and manage Routines — groups of menu sets that define your full training split (PPL, upper/lower, full body, etc.). Save your split once, load it every session. The AI tab is now organized into three sections: Routines, Menu Sets, and AI Plans.
Build 886319279v1.0.212026-05-30 18:14:36
Fatigue recovery is now more accurate. • Faster-recovering muscles (like the biceps) now have their fatigue drop in line with real recovery — readings feel right the day after a back workout. • The estimated recovery time and the fatigue gauge now stay in sync. Thanks for training with us. We'll keep refining the experience.
Build 886182005v1.0.202026-05-27 20:35:41
You can now save a default rest time for each exercise. Just tap "Save as default for this exercise" in the rest timer dialog, and it will apply automatically from next time. When training multiple exercises, the timer switches automatically as you move between them.
Build 886096649v1.0.182026-05-25 18:05:18
Keep your 0-rep sets. Sets logged with a weight but 0 reps — like a missed max attempt — used to be deleted automatically. Now they stay in your log. Because 0-rep sets are excluded from your 1RM, max weight, and fatigue stats, keeping them won't skew your numbers. Thanks for using the app! We'd love to hear your feedback.
Build 886014876v1.0.172026-05-24 18:43:11
Added an ⓘ guide to the RPE field so you can check what each 1–10 level means, with examples. RPE powers the app's fatigue calculation. Also added an RPE entry to the Glossary.
