This update adds cardio logging and polishes your workouts.
- Log cardio: enter time and distance for timed or distance-based exercises right in your active workout.
- Clearer targets: rep prescriptions from your coach now read naturally (for example "8-10" or "AMRAP").
- "Start workout" no longer appears while a workout is already in progress — resume it from the Train tab.
- Deleting past workouts now sticks, and your assigned workouts sync faster and more reliably.
