For owners & managers: • Live shift tracking — see who is clocked in and who is running late. • Daily tips entry (cash + cards), automatic configurable split. • Supplier debts with calendar view — “owed today” or “end of last month”. • Schedule — weekly view, fast shift edits, push notifications. • Clock-in/out approvals, Ergani punch-clock reminders (Greek payroll authority). • Operating expenses & payments — cash control, monthly reports. For employees: • Clock-in/out with GPS verification at the workplace. • QR work card. • Your own weekly schedule plus the team's. • Monthly hours with daily averages. • Leave requests, announcements from management. • Shift and clock-out reminders.
