Beged2 1.4.4 — Sign in with Google + search & live fixes NEW: SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE You can now create your account and log in with Google, in addition to Apple and email. The sign-in button no longer gets stuck on a spinner. PHOTO PICKER Fixed a freeze that could happen when opening the photo library to list an item or update your profile picture. MULTILINGUAL SEARCH Search now works correctly across languages again, so looking for an item in Arabic, Hebrew, Russian, French or English returns the right results. LIVE SELLING - Live notifications now appear correctly on the latest iOS. - Picture-in-Picture keeps the video playing while you browse during a live. - Fixed a rare crash when a host had no profile photo. Beged2 1.4.2 — Performance & Polish This release focuses on making the Messages experience dramatically faster and more reliable, with several quality-of-life improvements throughout the app. MESSAGES — INSTANT OPENING The conversation list now loads instantly from cache and refreshes in the background, instead of showing a blank screen on every open. Pagination loads conversations 20 at a time as you scroll, so the list opens immediately even with hundreds of conversations. Tapping a conversation no longer freezes the UI: the chat opens straight away while messages stream in. MESSAGES — REAL-TIME UPDATES New, edited and deleted messages now update directly inside the conversation list and the open chat, without any full refresh. Conversations re-order automatically as new activity arrives. Unread badges update live across the entire app. CHAT IMAGES FIXED Product images now display correctly in conversations and offer cards (previously the right-side preview was missing for some items). OFFER NOTIFICATIONS Push and in-app notifications for offer accepted / rejected now show the real product name instead of a placeholder. Bundle offers display the first item name followed by the count of additional items. LOADING ANIMATION A new animated Beged2 logo replaces the generic spinner while the chat is preparing, for a more branded feel. USERNAMES & PLACEHOLDERS Fixed a brief flicker in the Messages list where a raw user identifier could appear before the username loaded. UNDER THE HOOD Batched fetching of users and listings cuts the number of database round-trips when opening Messages. Beged2 1.4.3 — Wallet refresh fixes Three important fixes to keep your wallet balances always in sync with what actually happened on the server. WALLET — PENDING AMOUNT ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE The "Pending amount" counter at the top of My Wallet is now refreshed every time you open the screen. Previously, the counter could stay at zero even after you sold something, because the value was cached from your last login. The history list was correct, but the summary was not — that's fixed. REFUND WALLET — REFUND BALANCE AND PENDING REFUND ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE Same fix applied to the Refund Wallet: "Refund balance" and "Refund pending" are now refreshed on every entry to the screen. Buyers who receive a validated refund now see the new balance immediately, without having to log out and back in. CHECKOUT — WALLET BALANCE ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE BEFORE PAYING At the payment screen, your wallet balance is now refreshed before showing the "Pay with wallet" option. This prevents the rare case where the app would say "Insufficient balance" even though you had just earned money from a sale. UNDER THE HOOD A single shared mechanism (useFocusEffect + refreshUser) ensures these three screens always pull the latest user data from the server when you enter them, rather than relying on a cached value from earlier in the session. Beged2 1.3.4 - Major update This release brings many improvements to bundles, wallet, sharing, admin tools, and overall stability. BUNDLES AND ORDERS Bundle orders are now displayed as a single line in My Orders and My Sales with the exact total amount (no more rounding errors). Each card shows two prices: Price Paid and Item Price. A badge shows the total number of items in the bundle. WALLET Wallet transactions for the same bundle are grouped into one line with the exact amount. Withdrawal validation: red inline message appears if you try to withdraw more than your balance or less than the minimum (20 for the main wallet, 10 for the refund wallet). Withdraw button stays disabled until the amount is valid. My Withdrawals button repositioned for better spacing. REFUNDS When a seller accepts a refund, the pending amount is now correctly debited from their wallet. The refund request card shows the exact bundle amount. Once a decision is made (accept or reject), the buttons stay hidden even after navigating away and back. MESSAGES Clear distinction between Sold by you, Bought by you, and Item sold in the conversation list. SHARING Sharing a product or profile no longer duplicates the link. The shared landing page now properly displays the product or profile image. When the app is not installed, the page shows the full image and a link to download from the App Store. PHOTOS Photo cropper screen is now translated in all 5 supported languages. ADMIN PANEL Transactions renamed to Orders for clarity. Bundles are displayed as a single order with a Lot of N items badge. New detailed order page: colored status banner, visual timeline (Created, Paid, Shipped, Received, Completed), clickable links to buyer and seller profile, listings, and conversation. Filters for Orders and Listings with All, Active, Sold, Refunded options. Active listings counter (no longer includes sold or deleted items). BUG FIXES Fixed the Save bank account button that appeared stuck. The sheet now closes properly after saving. Fixed double payment amounts in admin Finance. Fixed brief display of incorrect amounts in My Orders that appeared for a fraction of a second. Listings now disappear instantly when deleted from My Listings. Beged2 1.3.5 — Update This release brings improvements to order bundles, wallet display, in-app notifications, and overall polish. ORDER AND SALES BUNDLES Bundle cards in My Orders and My Sales now display a real product image instead of the gray placeholder. A new arrow on the right side of bundle cards lets you expand the card to see the full list of items in the bundle, with image and title for each item. The arrow rotates to indicate the open or closed state, and the list collapses with a smooth animation. Single-item orders and sales are unchanged. WALLET DISPLAY Refunds and purchases are now correctly displayed in red with the proper sign, instead of appearing as a green balance credit. A new label, Refund issued, clearly indicates when the seller has lost the amount after accepting a refund. A new label, Purchase, is shown when an item was paid using the wallet balance. Pending Debit lines now correctly neutralize the matching Pending Credit, so the in-app History stays consistent with the Amount pending shown at the top of the wallet. CONVERSATION NOTIFICATIONS System messages (purchase confirmation, validation, refund requested, refund accepted, refund rejected, support submission, review requests, etc.) now correctly mark the conversation as unread. The conversation appears in orange in your message list whenever an action from you is expected, instead of remaining silent. The unread counter is automatically cleared as soon as you open the conversation, exactly like with text messages. PICKUP REFUND FLOW When a seller refuses a refund request, the order is now properly finalized: the seller receives their funds, and the transaction is marked completed. The buyer cannot appeal anymore after a seller refusal — this is consistent with the warning shown before refusing. The seller can still submit evidence when the buyer opens a support case directly with Beged2. WEBSITE (beged2.com) The Instagram link now correctly points to our official account, @beged2secondhand. The mobile burger menu now displays a fully white background behind all items (previously only the first item had a white background due to a transparency bug). INTERNAL IMPROVEMENTS Database migrations have been fully consolidated to match production state, protecting the app against accidental data loss if the database ever needs to be rebuilt. Dead code from a previous appeal-to-admin feature has been removed for safety and clarity. Translation keys cleaned up across the 5 supported languages. BUG FIXES Fixed the wallet display showing a green "+Balance credit" instead of a red "-Refund issued" when a refund was accepted. Apple Guideline compliance is maintained: • Guideline 1.2 (UGC user-blocking): Block feature remains available on PublicProfileScreen, ProductDetailsScreen, and ConversationDetailsScreen. Reports are written to the moderation_alerts table and reviewed in the admin panel. Block is gated when an active transaction (delivery or refund in progress) exists between the two users. • Guideline 5.1.1(v): Phone number and date of birth are optional everywhere (signup, profile setup, profile edit). This update fixes a bug where clearing an existing phone number silently reverted after save.
