Description

FatBurn Watch helps you stay in your fat-burn heart-rate zone during cardio workouts at the gym. Set your profile and target zone on iPhone, then start a workout on Apple Watch. When your heart rate stays above the upper limit, the Watch alerts you with haptics, sound, and an on-screen warning so you can ease back without staring at the screen. Key features - Start and stop workouts on Apple Watch - See real-time heart rate during a session - Estimate HRmax from age (Fox or Tanaka formula) - Tune target zone (% of HRmax or Direct bpm) and alert sensitivity - Mute alerts for short breaks - Save workouts to HealthKit Privacy Heart-rate and workout data stay on device and in HealthKit. FatBurn Watch does not send this data to external servers, track you, show ads, or use third-party analytics. Important FatBurn Watch is not a medical device. It is a heart-rate feedback tool for workouts and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a physician if you have health concerns.
