Description

Set any goal, quit smoking, quit vaping, cut back on alcohol, reduce screen time, or build a daily routine, and HabitIt generates your schedule automatically. It adjusts when you slip. It never resets from zero.
HOW IT WORKS
Create a habit or start a Journey. Set where you're starting, where you want to end up, and when. HabitIt builds the day-by-day plan and does the math. Log with one tap. Have a slip day? Adjust it and HabitIt recalibrates the rest of the plan from there.
AI THAT ACTUALLY HELPS
Built-in AI answers real questions about your progress, why Tuesday is always hard, what triggers your cravings, whether your taper is working. It surfaces the patterns behind your wins and your slips, then generates a weekly summary so you can see what's actually happening over time.
