I built No Panic because I needed something simple. When anxiety hits you in the supermarket, on the subway, or right before a meeting, the last thing you want is to scroll through menus or create an account. You want help, and you want it fast.
HOW IT WORKS
Tap the panic button. You get 10 quick steps to work through, one at a time. Grounding cues, slow breathing, and reminders that what you are feeling will pass. Swipe when you are ready for the next one. No timers, no notifications, no rush.
