DreamTone 1.2 introduces a full sleep-assistant upgrade. Set your sounds and alarm before bed, and the home screen now shows your active Sleep Plan card with alarm time, repeat schedule, and wake sound — editable or cancellable anytime. The app automatically logs bedtime and wake-up time, and shows a morning rating card so you can track which sound combos work best.
The new Sleep Cycle Calculator explains the science behind 90-minute cycles and recommends optimal bedtimes or wake times. Pick a recommendation and set the alarm with one tap. Alarm features include gradual wake-up, snooze, and repeating schedules (daily, weekdays, or custom days). The Sleep Dashboard shows weekly trends, average duration, streaks, and best presets.
