Description
CurlBro is a strength-training app for people who already know how to lift.
Build a workout. Run the workout. Log every set. That's the app.
No account. No subscription. No coach telling you to crush it. Your workouts live on your phone, not on someone's server.
HOW IT WORKS
Build. Search the exercise catalog, drag exercises into order, group them into supersets, set your reps, weights, and rest. Save it to your library.
Lift. Start the workout. Each set is pre-filled from your plan — tap in what you actually did. The rest timer runs in a Live Activity, so you can drop the phone between sets and watch the countdown from the Dynamic Island or Lock Screen. Finish when you're done.
Log. Every session is saved with duration, volume, and set-by-set detail. Open last week's workout, see exactly what you lifted, and progressively overload from there.

• Share a workout as plain text. Import one somebody sent you. Round-trips cleanly.
• Optional: save completed strength workouts to Apple Health
PRIVACY
CurlBro is offline-first. No account system. No cloud sync. No tracking pixel. Your workouts, sets, and logs stay on your device. If you want a workout on another phone, you share it as text — same format both directions.
WHO IT'S FOR
Lifters who already know what a superset is, what rest-pause is, and roughly how they want their training to look. Not a program. Not a coach. A clean tool that gets out of the way.
