Description

Wodii is a training record for hybrid athletes. It turns real workout evidence into a living score, so you can see what is improving instead of guessing from memory. Start with a free assessment: enter a few baseline numbers, upload evidence from recent sessions (whiteboard photos, screenshots, or class notes), and get a Hybrid Score across strength, power, engine, work capacity, and consistency. The first assessment is free. A Wodii membership unlocks the ongoing record: saving sessions, tracking score changes, and preserving proof over time. With Wodii you can: • Capture workouts from photos or screenshots • Review the movements and results Wodii extracts before saving • Track your Hybrid Score and weak links over time • Keep a dated log of sessions, PRs, and training proof • See progress across strength, engine, and consistency • Use monthly or annual membership to keep your record active Wodii is built for athletes who train across lifting, running, rowing, conditioning, and race-style workouts. Wodii is a fitness training tool, not a medical device. Always train according to your ability and use your own judgment.
