Health Data Export App lets you export all your Apple Health data as CSV files — ready for spreadsheets, research, or personal records.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPORT
• Activity: Steps, calories burned, distance, exercise time, stand time, flights climbed
• Body: Weight, height, BMI, body fat, lean body mass, waist circumference
• Heart & Vitals: Heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, blood pressure, respiratory rate, SpO₂, VO₂max
• Nutrition: Calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein, sugar, water, caffeine
• Sleep: Sleep duration and stages
• Environment & Audio: Environmental noise, headphone audio exposure, UV exposure
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose a health data type
2. Select a date range
3. Export as CSV and share to any app — spreadsheets, cloud storage, or email
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
This app only reads data you choose to share. Nothing is uploaded to external servers. Health data never leaves your device without your explicit action.

What's New in Version 1.0.5
Value Range Filter
You can now filter health data entries by a minimum and/or maximum value directly from the detail screen. Focus on the readings that matter — for example, only show heart rate values above 100 or blood glucose levels within a target range. Statistics always reflect your full dataset, so you never lose the big picture.
Custom Period Comparison
When comparing two time periods, you can now set Period A and Period B to completely independent custom date ranges. Previously, Period B was always calculated automatically relative to Period A. A single tap on "Reset to Auto" restores the automatic behavior whenever you want.
Bug Fixes & Polish
• Fixed an issue where ads in the Period Comparison view appeared below the chart instead of below the statistics summary.

A new tab bar at the bottom gives you instant access to five key features:
• Dashboard — Get a quick overview of your health data
• Data Details — Dive into detailed records by data type
• Period Comparison — Track trends by comparing past periods
• Export — Export your data as a CSV file
• Settings — Customize your app preferences
In landscape mode, the app automatically switches to a sidebar layout for a more comfortable experience on wider screens.
We've also updated internal libraries to the latest versions for improved stability and performance.
