The diastasis rehabilitation section has been completely rebuilt. Exercises now play one at a time in a guided session — video, numbered steps, metric chips, and a rest timer between moves with a haptic countdown so you can look away from the screen. Tap the header to expand a move; tapping the video no longer collapses the card.
The full-length follow-along videos (narrated in English) are now hidden for French and Arabic users — you'll see the exercise cues instead of a video in a language you didn't choose.
Completing a DR session now counts toward your monthly recap and programme progress, the same way a routine session does.
The gentle check-in rhythm has moved from the For You feed to the Progress screen, where it fits more naturally alongside your charts and stats.
Fixed a timezone bug that caused check-ins logged near midnight to appear on the wrong day for UK and European users — affecting streaks, the week strip, and the home stats.
