What’s New Version 1.20.4
• Export as image: your progress report now exports as a PNG, not just a PDF. Tap Share on the Trends screen and pick "Export Image (PNG)" to drop it straight into a text, Reddit, or Discord post.
• Smarter schedule history: changing a protocol's schedule (say, weekly → every 4 days) no longer rewrites your past. The new cadence applies going forward only — earlier days keep showing the doses you actually logged, with no phantom "missed" marks dragging down your adherence.
• Reliability and polish under the hood.
Description
Regimen is the precision tracker for peptide protocols, GLP-1 therapies, and hormone regimens. Cycling schedules, vial inventory with supply runway, syringe-unit
math, injection-site rotation, a tamper-proof dose ledger, smart reminders, and AI label scanning. Built for users who take their protocols seriously.
KEY FEATURES
Protocols & dosing
• Create protocols for peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, and more — pick from a built-in catalog of 50+ compounds with FDA/NEJM/PubMed citations, or roll your own.
• Smart scheduling with cycling support (on-weeks / off-weeks, custom days, daily, weekly).
• Fractional doses (0.05, 0.375 — your call) entered with a keypad or +/- stepper.
• Syringe-unit math everywhere: enter a dose in mg/mcg/units and Regimen shows the syringe reading (e.g. 375 mcg = ~5 units on a U-100 syringe).
• Scan a vial label or care plan with AI to auto-create a protocol — recognized compounds resolve to the catalog automatically.
Reminders that respect your protocol
• Daily reminders via push or email — skipped on days you've already logged.
• Cycle progress and adherence streaks built into every reminder (Day 5 of 28, 14-day streak).
• Per-reminder method (push, email, or both) and per-protocol time of day.
• Low-supply email alerts so you can reorder before a vial runs dry.
Vial inventory & supply runway
• Runway bar and projected run-out date; set a reorder lead time and Regimen flags you in time.
• The Today screen surfaces protocols approaching empty.
History, trends & outcomes
• Complete dose ledger with undo (soft-void — your history is preserved).
• Injection-site rotation with recency tracking.
• Streaks, adherence percentage, and missed-dose counts.
• Rate symptoms (mood, energy, sleep, libido, joint pain, focus, appetite) and see how each protocol is correlating with them.
• HealthKit sync: weight, body fat, BMI, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep stages.
• Trends "Your Protocols" view shows each protocol's biggest mover — once you've been dosing for a full week.
Export & sharing
• PDF report with your full dose history, tracked outcomes, sources, and a provider-friendly summary.
• Export the same report as an image (PNG) — drop your progress into a text, forum, or community post.
Account & security
• Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.
• Encrypted in transit; row-level security in the database — only you can read your protocols.
• Dark mode and system theme.
REGIMEN PRO
Try Regimen free for 7 days with full access to every feature. After the trial, Regimen Pro keeps the entire app unlocked:
• Monthly: $9.99 / month
• Annual: $79.99 / year
Your free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the
start of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or
cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No refunds for unused portions of the current period.
BUILT FOR SERIOUS USERS
Regimen is designed for the growing community managing therapeutic peptide, GLP-1, and hormone regimens — on your own, with a clinician, or with a coach. We
don't sell your data, we don't push generic vitamin reminders, and we don't pretend a tracking app is medical care.
Regimen is a tracking app only and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any
therapy.

Build 886846684v1.20.32026-06-11 21:58:21
New
- "How'd you find us?" — a quick, optional question during onboarding (with a free-text "Other") so we know where to reach more people like you.
- Catch up → Skip. Swipe a missed dose to skip it, or tap Skip all. Skipped doses stop showing up in Catch up — but they still count as missed for your streak and adherence,
so your numbers stay honest.
Improved
- Onboarding screens no longer jump or shift when you tap a choice.
Build 886358007v1.20.12026-06-01 16:32:56
What's New in 1.20.1
• Brand-new onboarding — tell us what you're tracking and get set up in seconds.
• More reliable label scanning — oversized PDFs give a clear heads-up, and brief hiccups retry automatically.
• Cleaner exported protocol reports to share with your provider.
• Polished paywall, emails, and Tracked Outcomes throughout.
Build 886317324v1.19.122026-05-30 20:56:13
New Features
• Significantly improved the reliability of the paywall on launch. The app now more consistently determines your subscription status when opening the app (especially after force-quitting or on cold launches), reducing incorrect paywall behavior.
• Vial creation-time tracking — When adding or scanning a protocol, you can now opt in to immediately start tracking your first vial (strength + BAC water). The full supply runway + low-stock alerts appear after saving.
• HCG is now categorized as a peptide in the catalog and UI.
Improvements
• Better cold-launch behavior for Pro users (fixed a situation that could incorrectly show the paywall on fresh installs).
Fixes & Polish
• Adherence and missed-dose calculations now correctly handle paused/stopped protocols with historical data.
• Various internal cleanups and parity fixes across Analytics, date handling, and Google Sign-In flows.
Build 886131438v1.19.102026-05-26 21:49:27
• Sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate now auto-track on the compounds that affect them — growth hormone peptides pull in HRV and total sleep, recovery peptides pull in HRV,
testosterone pulls in resting HR.
• Outcome cards show colored values: green when a metric has moved in the right direction, red when it's gone the wrong way, neutral for small wiggles. Calibrated per
metric so a 0.5 lb weight change still counts.
• Sleep numbers are correct when you wear two sleep trackers at once. Total sleep, deep, and REM no longer double-count overlapping samples from Apple Watch + a
third-party app.
• Polish: friendlier copy on the welcome screen and dose reminders.
Build 885922262v1.19.82026-05-20 19:58:47
NEW
• Syringe units, everywhere — every dose now shows its syringe reading too (e.g. "375 mcg · ≈ 5 units · U-100"), on the dose card, Today, the protocol detail
page, and your reminder emails. Pick your syringe type (U-100 / U-40 / tuberculin) in the dose planner.
• Fractional doses — protocol dose amounts now support fractional values (0.05, 0.375, etc.) with the +/- buttons or the keypad.
• Cycle progress in reminders — dose-reminder pushes and emails show where you are in your cycle ("Day 5 of 28").
• Adherence streak in reminder emails — once you're on a 3+ day streak, your reminder email celebrates it.
• Edit syringe type on existing protocols — the Dose Planner section is now available when editing, not only when creating.
• Use Apple Health weight, and stay on it — "Use Apple Health" now keeps Regimen on Apple Health going forward, not just once. Type your own weight to switch
back to manual.
FIXED
• Today refreshes overnight — if you leave Regimen open across midnight, the schedule advances to the new day on its own. Previously you had to close and re-open
the app.
• Re-authorizing Apple Health opens the Health app — where the per-source toggles actually live — instead of iOS Settings (which only shows Notifications /
Camera).
• Weight tracks to one decimal — 174.5 lbs, not 175.
• A few smaller fixes to outcome trends, vial tracking, adherence math after pausing, and reminder-email grammar.
Build 885783658v1.19.12026-05-18 16:02:52
New in 1.19.1
— Vial inventory & supply tracking: track an opened vial on any
protocol (strength, BAC water, opened date) and Regimen shows how many
doses are left, a runway bar, and the projected run-out date. Set a
reorder lead time and a low-supply alert to get a heads-up before a
vial runs dry — the Today screen surfaces a "Low Supply" section, and
an empty vial prompts you to start a fresh one.
— Low-supply email alerts: opt in and Regimen emails you once per vial
when it's running low, so you can reorder even without opening the app.
— Scanned labels match the compound catalog: scanning a vial or
care-plan label now resolves recognized compounds to the built-in
catalog, so a scanned protocol comes through with proper dosing data
and detail pages.
— Protocol notes: add a freeform note to any protocol from the
add/edit screen.
— Search compounds by alias: the catalog now matches common alternate
names (like KLOW or GLOW) in search.
Fixed
— Pausing protocols no longer throws off your streak: your day-streak
stays accurate when you pause or resume protocols.
— Manually entered weight now shows on Today: a weight you typed in
Settings now appears on the Today vitals tile, not just weight from
Apple Health.
— "Use this dose" now confirms the tap: in the dose planner, the
button now gives a haptic tap and an "Applied" checkmark so you can
tell it worked.
Build 885638021v1.18.32026-05-14 17:08:08
Added
- 13 new compounds in the catalog — GHRP-6, MK-677 / Ibutamoren, Thymosin Alpha-1, Oxytocin, and Gonadorelin are now fully selectable when setting up a protocol, with dose
ranges and units built in. MK-777, Thymulin, LL-37, SLU-PP-332, Pinealon, DiHEXA, VIP, and KPV ship as reference-only entries so they appear in search and detail pages
even though they aren't yet wired for protocol creation.
- "Other" compounds are reachable from the protocol picker again — selecting Other used to drop you straight onto manual entry with no catalog list, even though entries
like 5-Amino-1MQ, the melanotans, MK-677, and DiHEXA live there. Other now shows the same catalog list as peptides/GLP-1s/hormones with "Add Custom…" at the bottom.
Fixed
- Today refreshes when the day rolls over while the app is backgrounded — leaving the app on the Today screen overnight used to leave you looking at yesterday's schedule
the next morning. The screen now detects the new day on resume and reloads.
- Compounds with non-injection routes save correctly — Oxytocin (intranasal) and a few others were being saved with site-tracking turned on by mistake. The administration
route now drives whether site tracking shows up.
Build 885452470v1.18.22026-05-10 17:00:17
New in 1.18.2
• Search the compound picker by name, description, benefit, or tracked outcome.
• Rate-today is now obvious: a "RATE" label on each Today card, plus a second entry point from the protocol edit screen.
• Streaks and adherence stay on Analytics alongside your outcome trends instead of disappearing once you track outcomes.
• Soft-delete and restore for reactions and symptoms — same pattern as dose logs.
• Email reminders now follow you through the day: a missed morning dose shows as "Still due" on later reminders.
• First-launch hint explains the long-press and swipe gestures on protocol, dose, and reaction rows.
• Direct Share button on protocol edit, matching Analytics.
• History filters consolidated into compact Type and Protocol menus.
• Stop is now Pause, matching the "Paused" state pill.
Apple Health
• A brief in-app explainer now appears before the iOS Health permission sheet, with a shortcut to manage what's already shared.
• "Reading Apple Health…" pill now also shows on Analytics and protocol edit during the post-grant refresh.
• Per-protocol Today refresh after granting a new type is significantly faster.
• Users who connected Apple Health before sleep tracking shipped will be re-prompted for the new sleep types.
• Manually-entered weight in Settings no longer reverts to your Apple Health value. The wheel picker offers a "Use Apple Health" shortcut to switch back.
Fixes
• Paywall no longer briefly flashes on cold launch for Pro users.
• Email reminders are working again after the 2026-05-07 outage; auth path is now resilient to platform key rotations.
• "Send Verification Email" in Profile now actually sends, with a 60-second cooldown.
• Adding the same protocol twice on a slow connection no longer creates duplicates.
• Long-press on a protocol row no longer locks the screen on iOS 26.
• Re-rating the same day pre-fills your previous picks instead of showing blank chips.
• Save in "Rate today" only highlights when you've actually changed something.
• Tracked Outcomes card cleaned up: long compound names get their own line, Deep sleep fits on one line, empty placeholders are hidden, typography is calmer.
• Outcome rows reflect your most recent rating instead of staying stuck on "Add a baseline rating."
• Weight and Date of Birth pickers now say Save, gray until dirty, and Cancel properly discards wheel spins.
• Weight row no longer shifts when saving.
• Tapping between rows in the compound picker no longer opens the wrong compound.
Build 885265570v1.17.22026-05-05 13:55:32
NEW — Reactions Journal
Log how a peptide is making you feel. Tag from a curated library (GI, mood, energy, sleep, sexual, cognitive, injection-site reactions) or create your own custom tags. Optional
severity level, free-text notes, and you can link a reaction to a specific dose. Reactions show up in History alongside your dose log, with a severity dot on dose rows that
triggered something. Each protocol's detail page also gets a 30-day reactions sparkline.
NEW — Preview upcoming days
The Today date strip now scrolls 30 days into the future. Tap any future day to see what's scheduled — protocol name, dose, and time of day.
Polish & fixes
• Delete Protocol: confirming Delete from the context menu now actually removes the protocol (it was silently failing).
• A weekday-only protocol started on a weekend no longer counts the off-days as Day 1 — your Day/Week counters tick from the next real dose day.
• Save buttons on Edit Protocol, Edit Duration, and Extend Duration stay gray until you actually change something.
• New reminders inherit your global Reminder Method (Push, Push + Email, etc.) instead of always defaulting to Push.
• Reminders that fire while the app is open now stay in your Notification Center instead of disappearing as a brief banner.
• Tab-bar clearance on Today / Trends / Protocols, History dose-row alignment, Sign In email field background, and Profile Weight row layout.
• Logging late actually logs the dose — when you tapped Log on a protocol that was scheduled an earlier day, the "Log for [day]" / "Log for today" prompt would close without saving anything. Both buttons now save correctly.
• Reminder emails respect your protocol cadence — protocols with a weekly, biweekly, every-other-day, weekdays-only, or cycling schedule could send email reminders every day regardless of whether today was a dose day. The dispatcher now skips non-scheduled days, matching the in-app push reminders.
Build 885202001v1.16.12026-05-04 00:25:52
NEW
• Plan an end date for any protocol — new Planned Duration picker
(None / 4w / 8w / 12w / Custom) on Add and Edit. Past your end date,
Today shows a Mark complete? prompt with one-tap Complete or Extend.
• Mark a protocol complete — distinct from Stop or Delete. Completed
protocols get a green pill, drop off Today, and group under their
own section in History. Reactivate from the same menu anytime.
• Administration route — protocols now record route (injection, oral,
sublingual, intranasal). The picker stays hidden for single-route
compounds; surfaces as a header pill when set to anything else.
• Two more insulin syringe sizes — U-100 0.3mL (30 unit) and 0.5mL
(50 unit) for finer peptide draws. Syringe labels now show capacity
and unit-mark count, e.g. "U-100 (0.3mL · 30u)".
• Saved indicator on Settings — typing into the name or weight field
shows an inline "Saved" pill once auto-save lands, so you don't
have to wonder if your edit took.
• Done button on numeric keyboards — every decimal field now gets a
Done toolbar to dismiss the keyboard without tapping outside.
FIXED
• Resume no longer surfaces wrong "MISSED N DAYS AGO" badges. Tapping
Resume on a paused protocol (or Reactivate on a completed one) now
restarts the cycle from today instead of replaying every weekday
since the original start. Existing protocols can be reset by
toggling Stop → Resume once.
