**YarnStash – Your Yarn Collection YarnStash helps knitters and crocheters manage their entire yarn collection, projects, and accessories in one place. **What the App Does** The app covers six categories: yarn, patterns, projects, needles, notions, and wishlist. The Yarn Label Scanner lets you take a photo of any yarn label. The app automatically detects brand, fiber content, yardage, and weight. Recognition runs entirely on-device, no internet required. Projects can be tracked with a row counter, progress bar, and status (planned, in progress, finished, frogged). Knit groups let you invite friends with a code and share yarns and patterns. Great for knit nights or yarn swaps. The dashboard shows your stash value, active projects with progress, and recently added yarns at a glance. Photos of yarn labels, finished projects, and pattern pages can be attached directly to the relevant entry. PDF and CSV export lets you back up your entire collection, for example for insurance purposes. The app is fully available in English and German, switchable at any time. **Pricing** The free version includes up to 20 entries across all categories. Premium unlocks unlimited storage, the label scanner, knit groups, export, and more. Data is stored securely in the EU. The label scanning feature works entirely on-device.
