Description
Symponia is an AI companion for the inner life — a private space for reflection grounded in depth psychology and the tradition of Jung, Hillman, and Marion Woodman.

You have tried therapy, journalling, meditation. Maybe they helped. Maybe something still feels missing — a voice that used to speak clearly inside you, now quiet. Symponia creates the space to hear it again.
Not through advice. Not through fortune-telling. Through reflection. A mirror that listens first, then speaks with care.
SEVEN ANIMAL ARCHETYPES
Start by choosing seven animals that feel like they belong to you — six that resonate, and a seventh that unsettles. Together they form your constellation: each with its gift, its shadow, and the path between them. This is inspired by depth psychology and Jungian archetype work.
THREE WAYS TO REFLECT
ARCHETYPE — Seven animals that reveal who you are. Each receives a full portrait with gift, shadow, and action path, ending with a synthesis of who you are across all seven.
MY DAY — A guided reflection on today, shaped by your archetypes and how you are feeling right now. For evening processing or quiet moments between.
CONVERSATION — Open chat. Bring anything: a question, a thought, a feeling. No structure, no prompt. For the days when you do not know where to begin.
Plus a personalised daily reflection arrives each morning on the home screen — a short, precise letter written just for you based on your archetypes and resonance frequency.
Symponia was co-founded by Yekta Dastranj and Dr. Alessandro Biletta, an osteopath whose philosophical approach to body and mind inspired the app's method.
BUILT ON CLAUDE AI
Symponia is powered by Anthropic's Claude, operating under Zero Data Retention terms. Your conversations are not used to train AI models and are not retained by Anthropic after responses are generated.
WHAT SYMPONIA IS NOT
Symponia is not therapy, not astrology, not fortune-telling, not a substitute for professional mental health care. It is a thinking tool — a private space for reflection. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Your reflections are yours. Account-based storage, easy deletion, clear data handling. See our Privacy Policy at symponia.io/privacy for full details.
SUBSCRIPTION
Symponia Monthly — 350 reflection sessions per month, price shown in your local currency in the App Store. A fresh allotment arrives at each renewal; unused sessions do not carry over. Cancel anytime via Apple ID settings.
Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
