What's new in Lagoon 1.5.0
The Brief — a daily editorial summary at the bottom of Today, written fresh each morning from Daily Nexus headlines and the campus pulse.
Campus Pulse — anonymous "what's on your mind today" posts from across UCSB. One per day, anonymous to viewers, with reactions.
Live Map — see who's on campus right now. Friends are named pins; everyone else is anonymous. Friends-only by default, opt-in.
A new editorial design — serif italic mastheads, tighter information architecture (Today / Quarter / People / You), and seasonal tints that follow the academic calendar.
Native news reader on the Today top story.
Schedule no longer auto-scrolls past the masthead on open.
