Minor UI Changes: - Lightened dark mode palette — Updated background, container, and icon colors across the app for better readability and a softer dark theme - Updated splash screen — Splash screen colors now match the refreshed dark mode colors - Added light mode splash screen — Users with light mode enabled now see a splash screen matching the light theme - "No active alerts" indicator — States with no active alerts now display a "No active alerts" message after loading completes, instead of silently removing the loading spinner

Major Changes: - New behavior for FireWx map: - Users will be able to select a state on the map and see relevant fire weather alerts. When user selects an alert type, the map will be updated with zones affected by that alert. - This allows users to see multiple alert types including Red Flag Warnings, Fire Warnings, Fire weather watches, etc. - Users will experience faster load times due to more efficient and less frequent API requests - Fixed an issue where some zones did not load due to incomplete UGC format parsing - Users can now save multiple offline forecasts from the same zone Minor changes: - Fixed an issue where users had a light background in dark more, and vice versa, in the premium screen - Swipe-to-close function added for premium screen - Removed off-center X in premium screen

Fixed an issue where NWS API was denying requests for zone alerts. This affected the map view displaying warnings, watches, and advisories.
