Description
Fluxx is a new kind of fitness app. No overhauls. No instant transformation. Just your existing routine, optimised over time.
Instead of handing you a day-by-day plan you won't stick to, we look at how you already train and find the specific opportunities you're leaving on the table.
Training isn't a one-time thing for you. It's a long game. That's why we don't just build for the "now", we build for the future you, who wants results that last, and a routine you actually want to keep.
Because it's not just about what you change. It's about how you change.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with your goal, in your own words, not generic buckets. Then we observe how you actually train, which helps us introduce small, specific changes at the right time. It also means we know when you're ready to push harder.
Each change is small enough that your brain doesn't resist it. Over weeks and months, they compound into a routine that delivers what you want.
WHO IT'S FOR
Fluxx is built for experienced gym-goers who train regularly but feel like their routine isn't optimised. If you're driven to get more from yourself, and believe in the process rather than chasing quick wins, we're here for you.
WHAT MAKES FLUXX DIFFERENT
It's about you becoming a better version of you, not doing what we tell you to do. We help you see why certain things work, why you're missing others, and how to improve. We guide, you decide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THE APP
Each session, log your main lift, plus anything else you want to track. That's it. No tracking every rep of every exercise. Just enough data to see how you're training.
Between sessions, Fluxx works quietly in the background. Open the app and you'll see what to do today, why it's recommended, and how it fits your goal.
YOUR 2-WEEK BLOCK
Fluxx works in two-week blocks. At the end of each block, we review how you've trained and decide what to change next, whether that's adjusting your target weight, introducing a new exercise, or building toward a session you've been avoiding.
Changes are introduced one at a time, in phases: Introducing, Building, Becoming routine. Over several blocks, those small shifts compound into a routine that fits your goal, and sticks.
