Tempo is a native focus timer built for the Apple ecosystem. No accounts, no clutter—just clear work and break intervals to help you stay on track.
Focus with rhythm Move through focus sessions, short breaks, and long breaks with a clean design and a distraction-free interface. Tap the ring to start, pause, or resume.
Ready-made presets Choose from proven focus systems:
- Classic — the standard Pomodoro method (25/5)
- 52/17 — longer blocks for deep work
- Short — quick intervals for fast tasks
- Create your own presets with custom durations, breaks, and auto-start options.
Stay on track without opening the app Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (supported iPhones). The timer keeps running in the background and restores when you return.
Feedback when it matters Notifications when each segment ends. Optional sound and haptic feedback when you complete a session or cycle.
Built for Apple Native SwiftUI design for iPhone, iPad, and Mac (menu bar). Light and dark mode, accessibility support, and a consistent experience across your devices.

Timer
- Tap the ring to start, pause, and resume — the timer is now the main control on the home screen.
- Clear play and pause cues on the ring when you’re ready or on a break.
- A simpler footer with icon actions to skip a break or reset your session.
Settings
- A cleaner layout for focus presets, with icon-based controls for reordering and adding presets.
Feel & reliability
- Haptic feedback on key actions (can be turned off in Settings).
